SBS is a holding company comprised of the following entities:

Ecodyne Compliance Integrity Management (CIM)
Identify and assess the erosion problem and list probably aspects of the job. This would include, but not limited to, regulatory concerns and design options.

Er-Con Technologies
Install the proposed erosion control system requested by the client.

Seabed Technologies
Provide the materials and products required to successfully install an erosion-control system.
